These Terms govern Bsouria’s website, Android app and available articles, opportunity/business browsing and publishing, Syrian website directory, accounts, messages, notifications, contact and contribution forms. Public content can be browsed as a guest; some actions require an account. Review these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy when creating an account or submitting content.

The app is a streamlined interface to selected website services, not a copy of every website function. A feature being available on the website does not mean it is available in the app. The feature screen explains available actions; some services may require opening the website and signing in.

You must be at least 16 and have the required legal capacity. Provide accurate information, protect your password and do not impersonate or use another person’s account. You are responsible for use you authorise; report suspected compromise.

Bsouria provides information, publishing and communication. Publishers remain responsible for offers, employers for hiring, and parties for their agreements. Approval means acceptance for publication, not a guarantee of identity, solvency, every claim or success.

General information is not financial/legal advice or a promise of employment/returns. Check identity, authorisations and terms before paying, sharing sensitive documents or making career/business decisions.

Publish accurate, current information on the offer, location, requirements, contact method and material conditions. Do not publish for an organisation without authority, offer unlawful activities or imply false official relationships.

Use applicant/customer data for its stated purpose, protect it, and do not sell it or use it for harassment. You remain responsible for applicable licensing, employment and data-protection rules.

You retain ownership. Submission grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, process, display and format content as needed for the service and your publication choices. It does not transfer ownership of CVs/photos or authorise unrelated uses. You must own the publication rights or have permission.

Display ends through content removal/account deletion, subject to backups, legal duties and independent copies explained in the Privacy Policy.

Fraud, impersonation, misleading offers, threats, harassment, hate, child exploitation, unauthorised private data/images, IP infringement, spam and malicious files are prohibited. Do not bypass safeguards, harvest personal data, send disruptive automated requests or access others’ accounts.

Read the Privacy Policy before sharing files. Never send passwords/verification codes to others. Employment, purchase, partnership or investment agreements with publishers/external parties are between those parties, not Bsouria. Bsouria does not hold, settle or guarantee refunds of those funds.

The directory helps find Syrian/Syria-related sites; listing does not mean ownership or a guarantee of their content. Google/Facebook sign-in, maps and WhatsApp also follow provider policies. A link/listing is not an endorsement.

We may reject, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for violations, security risks or valid legal requests. Measures should fit the issue; reasons are explained when practicable/lawful without endangering others or an investigation.

Report/appeal with the content link/ID and explanation at doughouzander@gmail.com or Contact, without unnecessary sensitive data. We review, may seek clarification or correct a decision; appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

We work on reliability and corrections, but outages, delays and inaccuracies may occur; no particular outcome is guaranteed. Liability follows the facts and applicable law. These Terms do not exclude non-excludable liability, mandatory consumer rights or intentional fraud liability.

Stop using the service or delete through Account; request help at doughouzander@gmail.com if access is unavailable. Deletion is final after confirmation. The Privacy Policy explains effects on data/files and legal/backup copies. Uninstalling alone does not delete the account.

The Safety and Child Protection Standards form part of the rules for using Bsouria’s website and app. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking and facilitation are expressly prohibited. Protection applies to everyone under 18 regardless of registration age.

We receive and review concerns and may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve necessary evidence or report to competent authorities under law. Do not use reporting for retaliation, extortion or knowingly false claims. A good-faith report does not require conclusive evidence; explain your concern without redistributing harmful material.

Relevant mandatory laws apply, with jurisdiction determined by law. Contact us to try resolving an issue without limiting your right to approach competent authorities.

Revision/date appear above. Changes are published, material updates appropriately notified and consent requested where legally required. Both documents have the same scope in four languages; contact us about translation ambiguity. Mandatory rights remain in every language.
