Community and content standards
These standards cover accounts, photos, CVs, opportunities, business and website listings, comments, reviews and messages. Fraud, fake opportunities, impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, threats, harassment, hatred, violence, exploitation, human trafficking and illegal goods or services are prohibited.
Sexually explicit content, sexual nudity, non-consensual intimate content and unauthorised disclosure of another person’s private data or documents are prohibited. Do not publish payment-card or identity documents or sensitive information about a child. Report violations instead of redistributing them.
Child safety: no sexual abuse or exploitation
Bsouria explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation and attempts to facilitate them. Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including synthetic depictions of such abuse, is prohibited. A child means anyone under 18 for these standards.
This professional and general service is not directed at children. Account creation requires age 16 or a higher age required locally; users below legal adulthood need guardian consent where required. This threshold never permits exploitation of anyone under 18. We do not claim documentary age verification of every user. Report an ineligible child account or risk to a child through the report form or doughouzander@gmail.com.
How to report safely
Choose “Report” here or “Safety and reporting” in the app menu. Report content, a user, a message, fraud or a privacy violation without having to sign in. Include the page link or account identifier, what happened, why it concerns you and a valid follow-up email. Select “Child safety or sexual exploitation” for child-related concerns.
Do not upload, download or forward CSAM, or ask a child to provide it. Child-safety reports use a link or identifier and a text description only; file attachments are disabled. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary victim details. If the form fails, email doughouzander@gmail.com with “Safety report” in the subject; do not email abusive imagery either.
Review, enforcement and appeals
Reports are stored in a private administrative record with their reason and priority. We review risk and the available information and may seek clarification, restrict or remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts according to the violation. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we act to remove it or disable access, and handle evidence and legal referral under applicable obligations.
Receipt does not establish an allegation or automatically remove content. We do not guarantee continuous monitoring, an emergency response or a fixed response time. Appeal a decision at doughouzander@gmail.com with the account identifier or content link and your reasons, without resending prohibited material. We review new information; the ordinary report process does not disclose the reporter’s identity to the reported user.
Emergencies and competent authorities
Bsouria is not an emergency service or police authority. If a person or child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services, police or the appropriate child-protection authority where the incident occurs directly. A report to us does not replace that step.
We assess official requests for authority, jurisdiction, legal basis and scope, and disclose necessary data when a legal duty or a lawful basis for protecting people applies. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional authority or legally designated body, as applicable to jurisdiction. Limited evidence may be preserved under law and to prevent tampering; a user report does not automatically send their information to authorities. Send official requests to doughouzander@gmail.com identifying the authority, reference, legal basis and scope; do not transmit secrets over an unsuitable channel.
Controls, contact and responsibility
You can block or unblock an account from content and conversation controls and manage blocked accounts. While signed in, blocking hides that account’s listings, profile, comments and reviews from your view and stops new messages between you. It does not delete original content or earlier conversations; previous conversations remain available for reporting. Blocking does not prevent viewing public content as a guest or from another account. Account deletion is available under Account, with a separate public help page.
