Does the app include every website service?
The app focuses on selected services in a simpler mobile interface, including browsing, opportunities, businesses, CV Builder and your account. Some forms open inside the app; additional tools may be available only on the website. The Privacy Policy covers data collected by pages you use inside the app.
What is Bsouria?
Bsouria is a Syria-focused platform bringing opportunities, businesses, articles and practical guides together in one multilingual place.
Is creating an account free?
You can create an account and use the core services currently available. If an optional paid service is introduced later, it will be shown clearly before use.
How do I publish an opportunity?
Sign in, open the opportunity submission page, provide the required information and submit it for review. It becomes public after approval under the platform rules.
How do I add a company or business to the directory?
Use the business submission form and provide the name, category, location, contact details and information that helps visitors understand and verify the listing.
Is every listing verified?
Moderation does not guarantee every claim or transaction. Review the listing status and available information, and request appropriate evidence before an important decision.
How do I report suspicious content or activity?
Use the report form on the contact page and include the relevant URL, details and available evidence. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment information.
Can I update or remove my information?
Account tools are available for updating information. Use your account settings or contact support for requests that require additional review.
Which languages does Bsouria support?
Public pages are available in the languages shown in the language switcher, with a separate URL for each language version.
Can I use Bsouria outside Syria?
Yes. You can browse content and contact listing owners from Syria or abroad. Check each opportunity’s location and eligibility; a listing is not necessarily available in every country.
How do I find opportunities and businesses in a Syrian city?
Open Opportunities or the business directory and search for the city or activity, such as Damascus, Aleppo or Homs. Read the listing’s location and details; some cities may not have listings yet.
Is Bsouria an employer or payment intermediary?
Bsouria helps people discover opportunities, present businesses and make contact. A listing does not make the platform the employer or a party to the agreement. Verify the publisher and agree on details directly before committing.
How do I ask about a listing?
Open the listing, read its details and use the available contact option for its owner. For platform support, use Contact us and include the listing URL so the team can identify it.
What are the Syria-related articles and guides for?
Articles explain work, business and service topics related to Syria. Check the publication date and available sources, and confirm current details with the relevant organisation before relying on them for a decision.
What if I forget my password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your account email, then check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot access that mailbox, contact support without sharing a password or verification code.
Where can I find messages and notifications?
After signing in, open Messages from the menu or your account and tap the bell for account notifications. In the app, the bell or close button dismisses that screen. Updates while the app is open do not imply push alerts when it is closed.
Can I prepare my CV on Bsouria?
Use the platform’s Create your CV service and follow the form. Review your details and contact information before sharing it, and avoid adding identity documents or sensitive information that an application does not require.
